Classic sanitizer dispensers have to deal with six systemic issues. Govisystem™ is the key for all these six issues. Govisystem™ mission is to improve adherence to the Hand Hygiene protocols.
Six systemic issues (click on the issue number)
Situation:People find it difficult to use when a dispenser is not found within less than 3 steps from the point of care.
Our solution:Govisystem™ dispenser is placed exactly at the point of use.
Situation:Often employees may find the dispenser to be empty even when it is found at the point of use and therefore compliance becomes difficult.
Our solution:Govisystem™ dispenser transmits real time data on the amount gel left in each dispenser. Therefore, it facilitates the work of the person assigned to ensure that gel is available at each and every dispenser all times.
Situation:When people are asked to make efforts to keep their hands disinfected, we cannot afford to dispense bad quality gel.
Our solution:Govisystem™ dispenser ensures that only valid gel with the right properties are used.
Situation:> In a manually pumped dispenser, depending on the number and depth of strokes made, the amount of gel dispensed may be insufficient for correct disinfection.
Our solution:Govisystem™ dispenser associates the hand size (small, medium or big) of each user and associates it with his/her finger print in such a way that each user gets a personalized quantity of gel. Therefore, it ensures that the quantity of gel used is scientifically valid. At the same time, we also ensure that excess amounts are not dispensed, thus avoiding wastage.
Situation:Organizations that fail to clearly define hand hygiene protocols, train and sensitize employees towards their compliance may not get their message across. Given the systemic issues mentioned earlier, employees do what they can and when they can. If we want them to do more, we need to make things easier for them.
Our solution:Govisystem™ makes protocol definition and compliance as its central focus.
Situation:When employees are busy, remembering becomes a systemic human factor. When they forget and when there is lack of protocols or sensitization, it becomes difficult to create the needed habit. There is a lack of employee motivation for hand hygiene compliance due to the absence of "systemic" control and follow up mechanism.
Our solution:Govisystem™ dispenser helps evaluate the individual compliance levels in real time, thanks to its innovative integration of biometric sensor to the dispenser. As an employee places his/her hand to get the gel, the dispenser dispenses immediately while also identifying the user through an instantaneous finger print reading, without the user having to make additional hand or finger movements. Individual compliance data is transmitted in real time for monitoring individual compliance. This provides an evaluation tool and helps organizations to push individual compliance levels to organization´s goals through individualized follow up, sensitization, training and incentives.
Intelligent Sanitizer Dispenser
Hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers has been less than 50% since 1981*. It has not improved over the years. In case of food processing industry employees, this percentage is even lower (27%). This chronic problem is due to lack of a systemic control mechanism. It can now be solved by the first smart gel dispenser.
